                            METAL MATERIAL

  The copper alloy is mainly smelted by copper,zinc and less lead and aluminium.The zinc alloy is mainly smelted by zinc metal, aluminium and less lead and tin. The copper alloy and zinc alloy are in high intensity, better toughness,good capability of processing,after machining,it has a fine luster degree,but it's not able to bear the cauterization of the acid and the alkali,rigidity is inferior to the black metal.The synthetical capability of copper alloy is better then zinc alloy. The copper, zinc alloy after melting down,it is made to buckle,metals accouterment by die-casting in the mould.it's passed the working procedure of finishing and polishing,according to difference requirement, it's plated separately to the deep or light golden.
  The lighter is made by the special copper passing the cool drawing,punching,pressing and machining.The special copper has capability in common of metal,the capability of processing is better then others,it also has the dulcet sound when using.
 
  The material of stainless steel is  mainly smelted by nickel and chrome,except it has capability in common of metal, and also can bear the cauterization of the acid and the alkali and prevent the rust,after machining,it has a  fine luster degree.The material of stainless steel pass to groom with punching,anneal,polishing,
etching,becomeing the buckle and the metals accouterment.
